Kylie allegedly repeatedly rejected Travis when he asked her to and said she had no plans to marry him.
"Travis would marry Kylie tomorrow if she needed to, but she'd already rejected him five times. He did it in a spontaneous way, only asking her, hoping to say 'yes,'" a source close to the couple said.
